1. Introduction

Welcome to Curozip, a logistics service provided by Finixia Dedecons Private Limited. By utilizing our services, accessing our website, or booking a parcel dispatch, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our services.

2. Service Description

Curozip offers high-speed intercity parcel and document delivery using a hybrid network of premium buses and dedicated cargo fleets. Delivery timelines (e.g., 12-30 hours) are estimates based on normal operating conditions and are not strictly guaranteed, as they may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as weather, road closures, or operational delays.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Accurate Information: Users must provide accurate sender and receiver details, including correct names, mobile numbers, and complete addresses.
  • Proper Packaging: Senders are entirely responsible for packaging items securely. Fragile items must be clearly marked. Curozip is not liable for damage arising from inadequate packaging.

4. Prohibited Items

For legal and safety reasons, Curozip absolutely strictly prohibits the shipping of the following items:

  • Explosives, flammable liquids, and hazardous chemicals.
  • Illegal drugs, narcotics, or unauthorized substances.
  • Weapons, ammunition, and sharp objects (unless legally permitted and securely packaged).
  • Perishable food items without adequate cold-chain packaging.
  • Currency, precious metals, high-value jewelry, and bearer bonds.

Curozip reserves the right to inspect packages and reject any shipment that violates these terms.

5. Booking, Rates, and Payments

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the parcel. Prices quoted at our booking counters or on our digital platform are final. Payment must be cleared prior to dispatch. Curozip reserves the right to hold parcels if payment is disputed or pending.

6. Limitation of Liability

While Curozip exercises utmost care in handling all shipments, our liability for loss, damage, or delay is strictly limited. Curozip, nor Finixia Dedecons Private Limited, shall be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. If you are shipping items of significant value, we highly recommend securing independent transit insurance prior to booking.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or the use of Curozip's services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Guwahati, Assam.
